Bookings

A booking is confirmed once we receive the full payment or the agreed deposit. You'll receive a confirmation email with your stay details.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is by 11:00. If you're arriving outside these hours, let us know in advance.

Cancellations

Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. Between 7 and 14 days: 50% refund. Less than 7 days or no-show: no refund. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. In cases of force majeure, we handle each situation separately. To cancel, contact us at info@herdadedasbernardas.com.

Breakfast

Breakfast is included in the stay price at Casa Principal (Bed & Breakfast) and served daily from 8:00 to 11:00, with fresh local products. Monte dos Sovadais bookings do not include breakfast.

Property rules

• -Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• -We ask for quiet after 23:00.
• -The maximum occupancy of each accommodation must be respected.
• -Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay, including reasonable repair or replacement costs.
• -Pets: please enquire in advance.
• -The pool is used at guests' own risk. Children must always be accompanied by an adult. Access is limited to registered guests unless agreed in advance.

Liability

Herdade das Bernardas is not liable for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings during their stay, except where required by applicable law. We recommend travel insurance.
